Our newest Enterprise in/out board offers the same look and performance as our best selling "Professional" version.   A few additional features make our "Enterprise" in/out board an extra valuable tool for any busy office!  Current Softech customers can upgrade their "Professional" edition to "Enterprise" at a substantial discount.

Pre- Sign Out

Individuals can sign out ahead of time for vacation, meetings, etc., by clicking "pre-check outs" on the menu bar.   Fill in the date and time of the future event (vacation, conference room, meeting, etc.).   When the pre-check out date and time arrives, the "Enterprise" program will sign you out automatically!

To access the pre-sign out calendar simply click "Calendar View" on the menu bar !

Your Company Name Displayed

Our new "Enterprise" edition can display your company name at the top of the program (Active Window Title Bar) in place of "Check-In Check-Out" giving the appearance of an in house application that your facility has developed.

New "Signed Out" Column

A new column has been added to the "receptionist" summary screen that displays the actual time that an indvidual has signed out.

Additional In/Out Statuses Added

Our "Lite" and "Professional" in/out boards offer 9 sign out statuses or "events" (Lunch, Medical / Sick, Vacation, In Meeting, etc.) to select from.   You can modify or customize the "events" to better suite your company.

Our newest "Enterprise" version of Check-In Check-Out offers 12 customizable "events" or statuses to select from.

Upgraded History Logs

The printable and exportable history logs currently show the reason for signing out, the time and date that the individual signed out, and the time and date the individual signed back in.

Our new "Enterprise" calculates and displays the duration of each event in hours and minutes.   For example, a "Lunch" entry might display 0:55 in the duration column (indicating a 55 minute lunch).
