We use the information you
provide when placing an order only for invoicing and conveying download
instructions to you. We do not, under any circumstance, share this
information with any outside party.
To prevent unauthorized
access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we
have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to
safeguard and secure the information that you provide. Your company name,
address, phone, and contact information is stored in a single database that is
not accessible via the web.
1. If a company does not have a
legitimate published address we refrain from sending download information
for obvious copyright and security reasons.
2. Secondly, many customers that download a trial program
become very dependent on the program for day to day operation.
When their 30 day trial period ends it creates a problem due the
interruption in service. We've eliminated that by putting
a no obligation invoice in
the mail approximately 2 weeks after a trial request is received (we'll send
a follow up email first!). This gives the customer the
opportunity to send in a remittance (should the customer wish to keep and
use their program) prior to the 30 day limitation taking
effect. By choosing this option the customer can continue using the
full program without interruption after 30 days has expired.

the 30 day trial limitation making your trial program the permanent
